Ange and Patrick’s Wedding

Patrick had contacted me through my website and asked if I could take their wedding photos in the Riverland. So, of course, I had to say yes! I had never been to the Riverland before this wedding, so I was very excited to see what this region had to offer.

When we were in the preparation venue, the atmosphere was very relaxed, but the anticipation was very high. The makeup was done by none other than Jerick Moral (@makeupbyjerickmoral on Instagram), a makeup artist of great renown and also a lecturer at TAFE SA Hair and Beauty.

We had the chance of doing a very intimate vow-sharing with just the couple and myself. It was a privilege to witness this extraordinary moment as they looked back on their lives and the experiences they have had together leading up to it.

We first had the photo shoot around the Riverland. It was truly amazing to see the natural wonders that make up the region — from the calm rivers and creeks and to the fields of evergreen, I was just astounded by the beauty that surrounded us.

The ceremony itself was filled with joy and happiness as family and friends celebrated the union of these two lovely people.
