Pia and Andrew’s Wedding

Pia, Andrew and I chatted via Zoom, where they had hired me for the ‘Ceremony Only Coverage’ package. The discussions went off without a hitch, and they were a very warm couple!

The wedding was held at Lenswood, a semi-rural village in the Adelaide Hills. Known for its myriad varieties of plants and trees and its supply of Australia’s finest fruits, I found myself truly in awe of its magnificence.

We did a ‘first look’ where Pia got to see Andrew and the kids for the first time in her wedding dress. Andrew felt nothing short of absolute wonder for his soon-to-be wife. The first look was done at the top of a hill overlooking the village. And although it was cold, the love in the atmosphere was enough to warm everyone present.

The ceremony was held at the beautiful Anderson Hill Cellar Door. The staff were warm and accommodating, ensuring to keep the guests comfortable at the venue. Georgie, the wedding coordinator, was also very helpful! All had worked together to create a great atmosphere.

The speeches and vows were heartfelt and meaningful, talking about their journeys from when they were young in high school. Now, they have become soulmates and are ready to take on the world together.

The celebrant, Tenielle, from weblife.com.au, shared a few funny stories about Pia and Andrew, which brought a light and easy atmosphere to the ceremony. What a fun time!

After the ceremony, we then took photos around the cellar. It was nice to see the many grape arbours spanning across the fields. We also hopped into a 4WD car and went up an almost 20% gradient to a lovely section of a hill, scary to be going up!!! But super fun. The views were just truly captivating.

That ended the day on a high note. What a spectacular wedding!
